Hello there!
I hope you’re having a great week! Here’s another episode of DfH with some very interesting stories.
Once a week, I bring you the best products, stories & tools related to product design & startups. We have been talking about building products for a while and have recently covered some sales & growth stories. This week we take a leap forward & see when, why & how to fire unworthy customers. They could either be bad-fit customers of your product or just some shady clients who either refuse or are unwilling to pay. 
It happened with me last year when a client from Mumbai hired me to build an ecommerce mobile app and then refused payment close to the delivery of the project despite having a signed contract. I’ll probably cover this in another issue (or just reply if you want to know which Indian startups not to work with 😉).
